Today, women in our country actively participate in all spheres of society. Women's entrepreneurship has reached a new level in a number of areas, such as tourism, services, industrial production, and agriculture.
An important role in this is played by the conditions created by the state, favorable conditions for doing business, preferential loans, and projects proposed based on the capabilities of each region.
At the open dialogue of the President of our country with entrepreneurs held on August 20 of this year in the new Tashkent, the issue of creating jobs that generate quick income in the short term through the accelerated development of the service sector was raised. A new program for the development of tourism has been launched.
Microcreditbank also creates favorable conditions for supporting entrepreneurs and implementing projects in the field of tourism and services. The Renaissance Hotel, belonging to the New City family enterprise in Samarkand, is an example of this.
- At first, the building was not repaired, we brought it to a modern state. Currently, our hotel, which has provided jobs for 10-20 women, has become a place that has won the love of tourists and local residents, says entrepreneur Umida Bakhriddinova.

Based on the Presidential Decree of April 19, 2022, "On Measures for Further Expanding the Mechanisms for Financing Entrepreneurial Projects in the Regions," Microcreditbank JSCB has allocated a preferential loan of 5 billion soums to this family enterprise. Today, the Renaissance Hotel provides high-level services to local and foreign tourists.

Our sisters, who yesterday didn't know where to start, today have their own business and are becoming successful entrepreneurs. Today, large hotels, such as Renaissance, are managed by women. This clearly demonstrates how strong, intelligent, and successful an Uzbek businesswoman is.
Here we would like to draw your attention to the figures. Over the past years, JSCB "Microcreditbank," in accordance with the resolution "On Measures for Further Expanding the Mechanisms for Financing Entrepreneurial Projects in the Regions," has allocated 338.3 billion soums in loans to 343 entrepreneurs, thanks to which 2,847 jobs have been created.
In the past period of 2025, the bank allocated loans to the tourism and services sector in the amount of almost 2 trillion soums. More than 100 billion soums of these funds are accounted for by 1,379 enterprises in the Samarkand region.

As the President of our country noted: "Entrepreneurs are the force that will ensure the development and prospects of New Uzbekistan. Entrepreneurs are the force that makes our country rich. Entrepreneurs are the force that makes the lives of our people and families prosperous."
And Microcreditbank, as a reliable partner of entrepreneurs, will continue to provide them with financial support.
