An important role in this is played by the conditions created by the state, favorable conditions for doing business, preferential loans, and projects proposed based on the capabilities of each region.
At the open dialogue of the President of our country with entrepreneurs held on August 20 of this year in the new Tashkent, the issue of creating jobs that generate quick income in the short term through the accelerated development of the service sector was raised. A new program for the development of tourism has been launched.

Over the past years, JSCB "Microcreditbank," in accordance with the resolution "On Measures for Further Expanding the Mechanisms for Financing Entrepreneurial Projects in the Regions," has allocated 338.3 billion soums in loans to 343 entrepreneurs, thanks to which 2,847 jobs have been created.
In the past period of 2025, the bank allocated loans to the tourism and services sector in the amount of almost 2 trillion soums. More than 100 billion soums of these funds are accounted for by 1,379 enterprises in the Samarkand region.
As the President of our country noted: "Entrepreneurs are the force that will ensure the development and prospects of New Uzbekistan. Entrepreneurs are the force that makes our country rich. Entrepreneurs are the force that makes the lives of our people and families prosperous."
