Currently, 60 percent of Uzbekistan's population is young people. Every year, more than 600,000 young people enter the labor market. By 2030, this figure will reach 1 million, said our head of state during an open dialogue with young people on February 14 of this year.

It should be noted that it is no secret that ensuring youth employment and creating conditions for their aspirations has become a priority policy of our state. A number of works are being carried out in this direction at JSCB "Mikrokreditbank".

In particular, a Roadmap was developed to meet with young people attached to the bank, solve their problems and unleash their potential, train them in foreign languages and professions that are in high demand, assist them in organizing entrepreneurial and agricultural activities, and provide them with available job vacancies to ensure their employment, find their place in life, and provide comprehensive assistance in raising their legal awareness and culture.

Based on this Roadmap, the bank's youth leader visited the Yangiyul district of the Tashkent region to study the problems of 46 "difficult" youth attached to JSCB "Mikrokreditbank".
