MKBANK female employees at the center of Islamic civilization!

In order to increase the spiritual and educational potential of MKBANK employees, strengthen the principles of gender equality, and support the professional and personal development of female employees, a spiritual and educational visit was organized to the Center of Islamic Civilization of Uzbekistan.

During the visit, the participants got acquainted with the rich expositions of the Center and received detailed information about the great contribution of our great scientists to the development of science, culture and enlightenment. It was emphasized that the rich scientific heritage of our ancestors, values based on tolerance, humanism and enlightenment, are of great importance for today's development.

Also, within the framework of the visit, an open dialogue was organized on issues of ensuring gender equality, further strengthening the role of women in society and labor collectives, developing their leadership potential, and exchanging experiences and opinions.

The participants expressed their opinions and opinions, held a productive conversation on the issues faced in their professional activities, new initiatives and plans for the future.
