Employee turnover decreased from 12% to 11% - a sign of a stable and loyal team.
The Operations Department automated the employee payroll process, introduced international shipments, and improved customer service.The SWIFT GPI system was
successfully integrated into foreign economic activities.

The Strategy and Development Department successfully completed 30 of the 33 transformation projects.
Integration with tax and judicial authorities in the fight against troubled assets has been established.

MKBANK JSCB has received the ISO 37001 international certificate for combating corruption.
In the IT sector, new payment technologies - NFC and QR-payments - have been introduced, increasing customer satisfaction and transaction volume.
