Today's short story is about qurut, a product that is considered a favorite of many. Qurut is a yogurt product that, according to sources, was invented by the nomadic peoples of Central Asia.

A project to produce qurut was implemented by the "Jurabek Mazza" family enterprise under the leadership of Nodira Pardayeva in the Yangiarik mahalla of the Bulungur district of the Samarkand region.
A soft loan of 100 million soums was allocated for this project by Mikrokreditbank.
Currently, 5 women are permanently employed here

Currently, “Jurabek Mazza” quruts are being delivered not only throughout the Samarkand region, but also to retail outlets in Tashkent.
In the video, Sister Nodira tells the story of how she achieved these successes.
