Youth are the future of society, its active members, so to speak, worthy successors of society's future.
On June 27 of this year, the Chairman of the Board of JSCB "Mikrokreditbank" O. Butayev and Deputy Chairman of the Board I. Djumaniyazov held a meeting with active, enterprising young employees working in the system on the occasion of June 30 - Youth Day.
The bank's management emphasized that the head of our state constantly pays attention to creating favorable conditions for and encouraging young people, and expressed its readiness to always support their initiatives and proposals.
The management also emphasized that young people play an important role in the development of the bank, and their knowledge and potential are the basis of our future successes.
During this dialogue, which included friendly and interesting interactive games, young people expressed their suggestions and initiatives.
The participation of department directors in team and individual competitions, their encouragement and support for the teams, added to the excitement of the event. In particular, this increased the team spirit of the young people and helped them get to know each other better.
At the end of the event, the most active young people were awarded diplomas and souvenirs in various categories.
