As you know, the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-100 dated March 11, 2025 “On radical reform of the sphere of heat supply to housing and buildings and measures to increase the energy efficiency of buildings” was adopted.
According to the Resolution, systematic work is being carried out in our country to sustainably provide housing and buildings with heat and increase the energy efficiency of buildings.
In particular, systematic work has also been launched at JSCB “Mikrokreditbank” to ensure the implementation of this Resolution. For example, within the framework of the implementation of this Resolution, MKBANK has introduced “Green energy” credit products for legal entities and “Saving energy” for individuals.
Such loans are provided to legal entities and individuals on favorable and more favorable terms for the purchase and installation of solar panels.
It should be noted that these loans, in addition to providing convenience to residents and entrepreneurs, are widely reported in the media and social networks about the fact that they also bring them income.
Also, as of this year, the bank has installed 2,505 square meters of solar photovoltaic panels in the buildings in the regions and at the head office, 20 thousand liters of helico collectors for hot water supply instead of water heaters, and 441 street lamps with solar panels around the bank buildings, and as a result, electricity savings have been achieved in the buildings.
