About projects in the bank's strategy
The main goal of Microcreditbank's development over the next 3 years (2026-2028) is to transform from a traditional banking system into a fully digital, customer-oriented, and financially highly stable ecosystem. To this end, the implementation of 38 major transformation projects has begun within the framework of the strategy.
Including:
The first is a project to introduce Islamic financing services, which are in great demand in the market today. The project will be fully implemented in stages by the end of 2027.
The second strategic project is "Junior Banking," a digital banking system for children and adolescents designed for the future generation. This project is a mechanism for creating the bank's future customer base.
Application of "AI Scoring" practice in lending
In its strategy, the bank plans to implement a scoring system based on artificial intelligence into lending processes. This solution makes it possible to more accurately assess the creditworthiness of clients, increase the speed of decision-making, reduce errors related to the human factor, and effectively manage credit risks.
On the integration of Face ID technology
The project of the Face ID system is aimed at rapid identification of clients visiting the bank, improving the quality of service by processing information about them, and ensuring a high level of security during banking operations.
