On June 9, 2026, MKBANK organized the "Career Event 2026" at the Hilton Tashkent City hotel in the capital. This event, held in the format of an open day, was aimed at supporting young people, promoting their professional development, and strengthening cooperation between banks and higher education institutions.
The event was attended by representatives of the republic's leading higher educational institutions, students, graduates, and specialists in the banking sector. During the meeting, issues of developing the integration of education and practice, preparing young specialists for the labor market, and ensuring their employment were discussed.
Within the framework of the "Career Event 2026," memorandums of cooperation were signed between MKBANK and several prestigious higher education institutions. In particular, agreements were reached on the prospects for cooperation with MDIS Tashkent, Kokand State University, the Tashkent branch of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, New Uzbekistan University, Webster University, and the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.

These memorandums will serve to expand internship programs for students, enrich the educational process with practical experience, attract promising youth to the banking system, and increase graduates' employment opportunities.
During the event, students and graduates received detailed information about MKBANK's activities, modern professions in the banking system, and available vacancies. They also had the opportunity to communicate directly with experienced specialists and managers of the bank, get answers to their questions and receive career development recommendations.
One of the important aspects of the event was the discussion of initiatives aimed at developing the professional potential of young people and forming them as specialists in accordance with the requirements of the modern labor market. This will serve to further strengthen cooperation between educational institutions and employers.

MKBANK will consistently continue its work to support young people, develop their knowledge and skills, and form a reserve of qualified personnel. The Bank will continue to expand effective cooperation with educational institutions and pay special attention to creating new opportunities for young people.
