An official meeting was held at Mikrokreditbank JSCB with Johann Blavert, an expert from the German organization Sparkassenstiftung for International Cooperation and the financial institution Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Helaba).
The meeting discussed international trends in the field of microfinance and the possibilities of implementing projects aimed at increasing financial literacy in Uzbekistan.
The issues of cooperation on:
• the experience of German savings banks in granting loans,
• their monitoring and risk management methods,
• training programs for bank employees were considered.
Based on the proposal of MKBANK, plans were drawn up to organize practical seminars, special training courses for branch employees on effective credit risk management, and study the experience of developed countries.
At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to deepen cooperation and jointly implement practical projects.
