On January 24 of this year, complaints were received through the "XALQ DARDI" telegram channel regarding the operation of ATMs located near the A.T. Khujandi neighborhood of Kokand city and the Kokand City Maternity Complex, belonging to JSCB "Microcreditbank" Kokand BXM.
The situation was immediately investigated by the bank's officials and promptly resolved.
In the appeal, due to a technical malfunction in the ATM, the unpaid funds were returned to the clients. Also, cleaning work was carried out at another ATM, which was put in a beautiful condition.
Noting that control will be strengthened to prevent such appeals in the future, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
