In the city of Nukus, a roundtable discussion was organized for neighborhood bankers.

It was attended by Shahlo Ibragimova, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Microkreditbank ADB, Azizbek Nurabullayev, Deputy Head of the Regional Department of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Abbaz Ernazarov, Head of Department of the General Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Abdugani Achildiyev, Deputy Director of the Department of Neighborhood Work and Regional Project Management, 15 local bankers and 51 assistant agent attended. 

At this event, financial and legal knowledge and skills were imparted to neighborhood bankers and agents by experts.

Recommendations and advice were given on attracting the population, especially women, to entrepreneurship, supporting women's handicrafts, turning neighborhoods into unemployment-free areas through effective use of farm lands.

It is noteworthy that all 50 assistant agents are women, thereby increasing the activity in providing financial services to women.

During the roundtable discussion, legal explanations were given on the duties and obligations of neighborhood bankers and agents.
