Today, various questions are arising among the population about the circumstances in which it is not possible to obtain a loan under the Family Entrepreneurship Development Program. Below we will try to answer this question.
In accordance with the regulations approved by Resolution No. 373 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 8, 2022, applications submitted by borrowers in this category through the Unified Electronic Platform will be automatically rejected based on scoring data:
* When applying on behalf of a citizen under the age of 18;
* For persons who are not citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
* If the borrower has overdue debts on bank loans (has a negative credit history);
* If the borrower has debts to tax authorities, enforcement agencies and other payments.
Remember! According to Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On State Civil Service", a state civil servant does not have the right to engage in entrepreneurial activities.
