
On June 4 of this year, an appeal was made on the “ZOMINIY” telegram channel regarding the low quality of customer service at the bank’s Zomin banking service center, that is, customers are waiting for a long time.
This situation was investigated by bank officials.
It is noted that due to the increasing number of customers in Zomin BSC in recent years, some inconveniences are arising in providing services to them. Based on this, the bank’s Board of Directors decided to open 6 additional staff units in this BSC, including a universal cashier position.
We would like to inform you that in the coming months, qualified employees will be hired for the new staff units, and the above inconveniences will be eliminated.
