Social media user Nizom Matjonov posted a complaint about the bank's activities on his Facebook channel "Achchiq haqiqat" on November 28.
In it, Nizom Matjonov appealed that in 2022, he participated as a guarantor for a loan issued through the Bagat district branch of the bank, this loan was not paid by the borrower on time, and although it was fully recovered on July 1 of this year based on a court decision, to date, funds for this loan are being withdrawn from the applicant's bank card.
This appeal was taken under the control of the bank.
The situation will be thoroughly investigated, and a legal solution within the framework of the law will be ensured in the prescribed manner.
Based on the results, the applicant will be provided with additional information in the prescribed manner.
