The partnership with MKBANK and RealSoft has reached a new level, resulting in the implementation of the Smart Office project.
The fact is that within the framework of this project, which is being implemented for the first time among commercial banks within the framework of bank transformation, electronic document management has been integrated with e-mail and hybrid mail. As a result, documents in the bank - decisions, orders, orders, applications, measures, notifications, outgoing letters - are signed remotely using this platform and using an electronic signature. In addition, the reporting of work trips of employees, payments for sick-leaves, and control of arrivals and departures are carried out through the Smart Office without human intervention.
From 2025, decisions of the Supervisory Board of the bank will be signed remotely through the Smart Office.
The implementation of this project in the banking system will accelerate document turnover and increase efficiency. It also reduces overtime and paper consumption.
It should be recalled that MKBANK, in cooperation with RealSoft, has been implementing the Collective.uz platform in banking activities since 2022. The Smart Office project is being improved and reorganized on the basis of Collective.uz.
