
In order to ensure the implementation of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 807 dated December 19, 2025, "On additional measures to further improve the business environment, ensure employment, and increase public income in the Gijduvan district of the Bukhara region," as well as the Resolution of the Khokim of the Bukhara region No. 648-2-0-Q/25 dated December 24, 2025, and the Resolution of the Bukhara Regional Kengash of People's Deputies No. VII-21-1-2-0-Q/26, large-scale investment projects are being implemented in the Gijduvan district.
In accordance with these resolutions, in order to develop entrepreneurial activity in 19 mahallas of the district, it is planned to build modern "ready-made business" facilities on land plots up to 15 ares and sell them to entrepreneurs on a 10-year installment plan.
To date, land plots in 14 mahallas have been put up for electronic auction, 11 of which were purchased by "MKB Kasana Invest Group" LLC. The remaining 3 land plots were purchased by other private business entities based on the recommendation of the khokimiyat. As part of the project implementation, a contract worth 107 billion soums was signed on April 29, 2026, between MKB Kasana Invest Group LLC and UMS Group LLC for the execution of construction and contracting works. A contract worth 2.3 billion soums was also concluded with Nest One Project LLC for the development of design and estimate documentation.
Currently, construction work at the facilities is proceeding at an accelerated pace.
Chaghdari MCA
The facility under construction in the Chaghdari mahalla consists of 3 floors, the area of each floor is 327.38 square meters. A positive conclusion from the Urban Planning and Architecture Council has been obtained for the project. The documents were submitted for state expertise on May 22, 2026, and the examination process is currently ongoing (application number - 126521). The excavation of the pit, graveling, and concreting works at the construction site have been fully completed. Work is currently underway to install concrete structures. At the same time, work is underway to relocate the electrical grids in the region.
Karakhani MCAThe business complex being built in the Karakhani mahalla also consists of 3 floors, the area of each floor is 522 square meters. The project received a positive conclusion from the Urban Planning and Architecture Council. At the site, work has been completed on excavating a pit, graveling, pouring primary concrete and waterproofing. The foundation has been fully laid, and concrete structures have been partially installed. Currently, the installation of main columns and beams has been completed, waterproofing work has been carried out, and the installation of side beams continues.
Denov MCA
The business complex being built in the "Denov" mahalla consists of 3 floors, and the area of each floor is 503.44 square meters. The project received a positive conclusion from the Urban Planning and Architecture Council. The excavation and graveling of the excavation pit have been completed at the construction site. Primary concrete was poured and waterproofing work was carried out. The installation of reinforcement meshes and the construction of the main foundation have been fully completed. Work has begun on the installation of concrete structures, concrete cups have been installed, curtain walls have been erected, and refilling has been completed. Currently, work is underway to install the main concrete columns.
Kushk MCA
The facility planned for construction in the "Kushk" mahalla consists of 3 floors, with the area of each floor being 532.8 square meters. The project received a positive conclusion from the Urban Planning and Architecture Council. To date, work has been completed on excavating the pit, graveling, and pouring concrete into the main foundation. Concrete beakers have been installed, and the installation of the main columns of the structure has begun. At the same time, curtain walls were erected, and internal and external filling work was carried out. Work is currently underway on welding the side beams and installing inter-floor floors.
Gishti MCA
The business complex being built in the "Gishti" mahalla consists of 3 floors, and the area of each floor is 648 square meters. The excavation and graveling of the pit at the site have been completed. Concrete paving and the installation of reinforcement meshes have been fully completed, and the construction of the main foundation has been completed. Additionally, the building's main support beakers and columns were installed, curtain walls were constructed, and refilling work was carried out.
Currently, the installation and welding of the floors between the first and second floors have been completed. Between the second and third floors, the installation and welding of side beams are proceeding at an accelerated pace.
Sarvari MCA
The business complex under construction in the Sarvari mahalla consists of 3 floors, the area of each floor is 497.28 square meters. The project received a positive conclusion from the Urban Planning and Architecture Council. Construction work at the site is in an active phase. The excavation and graveling of the pit have been completed, and primary concrete pouring and waterproofing have been carried out. The installation of reinforcement meshes has been completed, and the main foundation has been laid. Concrete glasses have been installed, and curtain walls and waterproofing work between them have been completed. Additionally, the main beams were installed, and the area was completely paved with gravel. Work is currently underway to install the side railings between the first and second floors.
Armechan MCA
The business complex under construction in the Armechan mahalla consists of 3 floors, with the area of each floor being 687.6 square meters. To date, the excavation and graveling of the pit have been completed. Primary concrete pouring, waterproofing, and the installation of reinforcement mesh have been completed, and the construction of the main foundation has been completed. A portion of the concrete structures has been delivered to the site, and the installation of concrete cups has been completed. Currently, the construction of curtain walls, waterproofing, and full graveling of the area have been completed.
Okrabot MCA
The business complex under construction in the Okrabot mahalla consists of 3 floors, the area of each floor is 572.4 square meters. The excavation and graveling of the excavation pit have been completed at the construction site. Concrete paving and the installation of reinforcement mesh have been completed. The main foundation has been fully erected, and the building's support beakers and columns have been installed. The construction of curtain walls has been completed, and welding work is underway. The concrete cups have been fully waterproofed, and the construction site has been completed with refilling works.
Khalkabad MCA
The business complex planned for construction in the Khalkabad mahalla consists of 5 floors, with the area of each floor being 1,022 square meters. Work is currently underway to prepare the facility for the next stages of construction.
Thus, the construction of modern business complexes within the framework of the "Ready Business" project, implemented in several mahallas of the Gijduvan district, is consistently continuing according to the established plan. At most sites, expert examination of the project documentation is underway, while foundation work has been completed at the construction sites and the installation of structures has begun.
The implementation of this project will contribute to the creation of a favorable business infrastructure in the region, the establishment of new business entities, the creation of additional jobs, and an increase in employment and public income. Furthermore, more favorable conditions are being created for entrepreneurs to start their activities by providing them with ready-made business facilities on a long-term installment basis. In the future, construction work will be completed on schedule, and the commissioning of modern business complexes is expected to contribute to the development of entrepreneurship, increase investment attractiveness, and the socio-economic development of the Gijduvan district.
