It is difficult to find anywhere a live performance capable of evoking positive emotions, excitement, and admiration in every child's heart. Theater is not only a spectacle, but also a school of example, embodying in the hearts of children such noble qualities as kindness, friendship, courage, and helping others in difficult times.
In order to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Measures to Enhance the Role of Teaters in the Cultural Life of Society and Further Support Their Activities," JSCB "Microcreditbank" is implementing the project of the "Teatr - Ibratxonadir" program.
Within the framework of this initiative, trips to theaters are organized for employees of the bank's head office, territorial administrations, BXM and BXO, as well as their family members.

"Elephant" at the Jizzakh State Puppet Theater,
"Lion and Dragon" at the Khorezm State Puppet Theater,
"The Stork and the Guard" at the Navoi State Puppet Theater,
At the Surkhandarya State Puppet Theater, the participation of 300 employees of the regional branches of the bank and their children in such theatrical performances as "The Eighth Treasure" was ensured.
Such cultural projects, implemented by "Microcreditbank," serve to enrich the spiritual world not only for employees, but also for their children.
