Now, without queues, without wasting unnecessary time, and in a 24/7 work mode, you can submit an online application regarding technical issues that have arisen. An ID number will be attached to each submitted application and delivered to You in the form of a notification. You can also track the status of your application online through the "My Applications" section.
Appeals are reviewed on a priority basis during the bank's working hours.
You can submit an online application through the Mavrid app regarding the following and other technical issues:
• Technical issues related to the transfer or withdrawal of deposit funds to the account• Technical issues related to the automatic collection system
• Technical issues related to opening, closing a bank card, or card services
• Technical issues related to card-to-card transfers
• Technical issues that arose during the payment process
• Technical issues related to the transfer of payment to the account number
• Technical issues related to currency conversion
• Technical issues related to Visa Direct, MoneySend, and other money transfers
• Other technical issues encountered in the Mavrid app
