THE QUALITY OF SERVICE IMPROVES, AND THE PRODUCTIVITY OF WORK INCREASES
The first among commercial banks was created by “Mikrokreditbank” and resident of the IT park “Efika-Tech”, the platform ”credit monitoring“ and ”problem credit accounting".
Using this platform:
link to loans issued by the bank to receive information online,
formation of all applications, letters, data on loans in automatic order,
there are options to view all the history of credits from the date of issue until closing.
This new platform was developed on the basis of a bank loan portfolio and was integrated with the following organizations using “e-government”.
With the system of the state tax committee for obtaining reports forma-1 and forma-2 in order to analyze the financial situation of the borrower;
with the Ministry of Justice database in order to determine whether the property presented as a loan pledge is standing in the ban;
with the “Pledge register” under the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the injection of goods presented as a loan guarantee and withdrawal from the ban;
with Uzbekistan mail (hybrid mail) to send notifications to borrowers;
with the Chamber of Commerce and industry (SSP) system for automatic notification of transfer of credit work to court; with the mandatory enforcement bureau (MIB) system under the Attorney General's office to monitor debt collection under the executive document; it was integrated with the e-auction system under the State Asset Management Agency for the sale of goods poured into mortgages and on the bank balance sheet. Newly created in order to develop e-government in our country, the platform is also being integrated with the judicial authorities in our country in the future. Of course, with the help of this platform, the quality of service to bank customers improves, and the productivity of work also increases.
At the same time, the program is constantly improved by the bank, and integration work is carried out with other state organizations as necessary.
