At a videoconference meeting on December 16, 2024, chaired by our President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, dedicated to the review of the work done to reduce poverty in makhallas and priority tasks for 2025, a number of tasks were set to lift the population out of poverty, develop family entrepreneurship, and form a permanent source of income for each family.

To ensure the implementation of these tasks, JSCB "Mikrokreditbank" has also identified the necessary measures and is carrying out specific practical work. For example, in the Tashkent region, special attention is being paid to the development of poultry farming, in particular duck farming, and the establishment of duck breeding in ditches on the edges of fields.
Of course, every job has its own secrets, difficulties and hardships. We will not be mistaken if we say that duck breeding is one of such laborious tasks.

This year, JSCB "Mikrokreditbank" aims to raise 36,000 ducks of the "Pekin" breed in 144 collector-drainage projects with a length of 144,760 meters and other land reclamation facilities in 15 districts of the region.
To date, projects with a length of 18,875 meters have been implemented in 13 districts of the region. A project with a length of 13,820 meters is in the process of being launched. A total of 24,000 ducks were delivered to the projects in the launched areas, as a result, 219 households were covered in this direction.

Microcreditbank, together with the leading entrepreneur “Javokhir Ibrohim Ogabek parrandalari” LLC, established a center in the region in this direction for the supply of duck chicks, duck eggs for incubators and feed products, as well as the purchase of grown duck meat and eggs, in the Ibrat MFY area of Dustobod town, Kuyi Chirchik district.
In this regard, 100 ducks will be bred per household on a rental basis.
To start a project to breed 100 ducks by one household, 45.2 million soums will be required, 22 million soums for feed costs, a total of 67.2 million soums.

It was decided to allocate 67.2 million soums for the above purposes (of which 37.2 million soums will be from the initiative's own funds, 30 million soums from a bank loan).
It should be noted that this project aims to improve the living standards of the population, create an additional source of income, and increase local jobs.
