On May 14, 2025, at the initiative of Microcreditbank, a meeting was organized at the Arda Khiva tourist complex as part of the 6th phase of the "Women's Notebook". Its main goal was to attract unemployed women to entrepreneurship, ensure their employment, and provide practical assistance.

The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Board of Microcredit Bank Shakhlo Ibragimova, Chairman of the Khorezm Regional Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan Gulsara Kurbanbayeva, 100 women from the "Women's Notebook" list from various districts and cities of the region, 10 active women entrepreneurs, representatives of local authorities and banks.
The meeting was not formal, but rather held in a friendly and inspiring atmosphere. In her speech, Shakhlo Ibragimova emphasized that the participation of women in entrepreneurship is of great importance not only for the well-being of the family, but also for the stability of society. She also spoke about the opportunities and benefits created by the bank and urged the participants to actively use them.
During the event, women entrepreneurs shared candidly about their life paths, achievements, and challenges. These experiences were a source of inspiration for many participants.
In the practical part of the event, women from the second category of the “Women’s Notebook” were provided with brief and clear information about the preferential loan programs of the Microcredit Bank, the basics of financial literacy, and the steps to start a business.

A noteworthy aspect of the event was that women entrepreneurs who started their activities with the financial support of the bank invited women from the “Women's Book” to work. During the meeting, employment contracts were signed with 15 participating women. Entrepreneurs such as Nasiba Allaberganova (“Jaxon Ali Servic” LLC) from Urgench, Tamara Jumaniyozova from Yangiarik, and Farida Nurjanova from Khiva district happily announced that they had hired new employees on the same day.
This event, while becoming a source of inspiration, demonstrated that this is a practice that is achieving tangible positive results.

Microcreditbank is consistently working to support women's entrepreneurship. At the initiative of the President, new financial services for women are being introduced in the banking system. As of May 1, 2025, 41,525 women were involved in entrepreneurship in our country through loans worth 912 billion soums, of which more than 8 thousand are from the Khorezm region.
This meeting was once again a clear example of the fact that women are ready to work, develop and change their lives. They only need trust and a little support. And Microcredit Bank is ready to provide this support systematically and contribute to building a sustainable society through entrepreneurship.
Because women's participation in entrepreneurship is important not only for their own well-being, but also for the well-being of our society and future generations. When we work together, every dream can come true.
