At the same time, 253.2 billion soums of loans were allocated to 19,370 women in 2024 based on decision PQ-122.
The bank is organizing its tasks for 2025 within the framework of the priority tasks and tasks set for commercial banks by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on December 16, 2024 at the video selector meeting.
In particular, a separate department for neighborhood work was established in the Central Bank, divisions in regional administrations and neighborhood sectors in BXO, BXM. Based on the new system, 332 positions of "neighborhood bankers" were opened in 1,121 neighborhoods attached to the bank and filled with qualified and proactive employees.

The main part of credit funds, i.e. at least 50 percent, will be directed to small business entities. To achieve this goal, it is planned to attract 260 million dollars from international financial institutions this year. 50 million dollars of these funds will be directed to the financing of micro-projects within the framework of the "financial popularization" program.
It is planned to implement 160 model projects based on the principle of "One contour - one product" on 1,756 hectares of land leased to the population. For this purpose, 160 aggregators were selected.
As the first crop, 5,400 residents were members of cooperatives. The aggregators' demand for 3.8 billion soums of credit for the cultivation of rice and vegetables was determined.
Within the framework of the "Super project", 7 sample projects were formed on 105 hectares of land to create a "production-processing-sale" chain.
For example, 15 hectares of land were leased to young people in "Tazgara" OFY, Chimboy district, Republic of Karakalpakstan. It is planned to plant tomatoes in the first crop, and greens in the second crop.
In January-February, based on the experience of "Uychi", 482 meetings were held with 5,857 entrepreneurs, and 2,188 new jobs were created as a result of the positive resolution of 2,118 appeals.
In particular, 63 billion soums of credit were allocated to 1,823, 8 of them were extended the loan period of 20 billion soums, and 287 other issues were resolved.
The Microcredit Bank team will continue its activities in our country to develop small business, private and individual entrepreneurship, create new jobs by supporting handicrafts and home economics, especially in rural areas, expanding microfinance services.
