Provides overall leadership of the Bank and coordinates the activities of the Management Board, the Adviser to the Chairman of the Management Board, the Supervisory Board Secretariat, the Information Service, the Internal Audit Department, the Internal Control Department, the Risk Management Department, the Anti-Corruption Control Department, the Human Resources (HR) Department, the Legal Department, the Executive Control Department, the Strategy and Digital Banking Products Development Department, the Accounting Department, the Budget Controlling and Economic Analysis Department, the Treasury Department, the Foreign Economic Activities Department, the Administrative Affairs Department, as well as the subdivisions of the Digital Transformation Block, including the Information Technologies Department, the Software and Artificial Intelligence Development Department, the Automated Banking Systems Department, the Information Security and Protection Department, the Operations Directorate, the First Division, and the Procurement Division.
