On October 9-12 of this year, a delegation of employees of the Microkreditbank was in Germany. During this trip, a number of agreements were reached and they became closely acquainted with foreign experience.

A delegation of Bank employees initially visited the Baden-Württemberg Association of schaparkassas (SVBW) and held an interview with the head and responsible staff of the Association. A seminar was held by the head of the Association on the topics of branch systems and their reorganization, digital banking, customer segmentation, specializations.

One of the main meetings of the visit was the visit of members of the delegation to Landsbank (Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW)). A delegation of Bank employees was received by Mr. Thomas Lehmpuhl (Managing Director, FI Trade Finance & Payments Services), trade finance and payments directors Irina Rausch (Director, FI Trade Finance & Payments Services) and Elvira Petrik (Director, FI Trade Finance & Payments Services). The meeting was organized in an excellent. 

During the meeting, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Microcreditbank Ibrahim Mamadzhanov gave information about the main financial indicators of the bank and the bank. The parties also received answers to questions of interest.

At the end of the meeting, agreements were reached between Landsbank and Microcreditbank to attract long-term financial resources, open representative accounts in foreign currency, and cooperate in other directions.

In addition members of the delegation visited the Schparkassa branches in Ludwigsburg (Kreissparkasse Ludwigsburg) and Tübingen (Kreissparkasse Tübingen) in the Baden-Württemberg area. During the visit, it was possible to directly monitor the processes of customer service and consultation by these branches.

The members of the delegation received answers to questions of their interest and determined for themselves specific initiatives to introduce into practice advanced banking services, in which the practice of the Shparkkassas of the Baden-Württemberg area is applied.
