On May 24, 2023, between the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "Mikrokreditbank" I. Djumaniyazov and the Director of the "United Republic of Processing Center" LLC (UZCARD) O. Zakirov, to increase the attractiveness of making payments through bank cards, to provide the population with banking services Memorandum was signed in order to meet the demand.
According to the memorandum, it is envisaged to introduce the following banking services:

- Making it possible to withdraw cash without bank cards through ATMs;
- Creating an opportunity to pay the toll through ATTO terminals installed on buses of Tashkent city and regional centers using NFC technology;
- opening a virtual card in the UzCard system;
- Launch additional payment services through existing ATMs;
- Top up bank cards at an ATM without using a bank card;
- Opening separate bank cards for students and using these cards as turnstiles;
- It is planned to introduce credit cards.
