In cooperation with the Uzbek-Japanese Center, a training for bank employees was organized with the participation of a well-known Japanese HR expert and a senior expert in strategic management, Kioko Yamazaki, on September 9 of this year.
Employees of the Head Office Personnel Management Department and employees of the regional regional branch took part in the training on the topics “Refining the Image of Ideal Talent”, “Hiring”, “Personnel Development/Career Design”.
