Loans are fully digitized and issued through a unified electronic online platform (oilakredit.uz):
1. Loan applications are reviewed at all stages online (via oilakredit.uz) based on scoring analysis, and notifications of decisions at each stage are provided through the platform (via SMS, email, or personal account).
2. Loan documentation (client application, recommendation from the hokim’s assistant, loan agreement, sales contract, invoice, and act signed by the hokim’s assistant and mahalla banker) is generated electronically and signed remotely.
3. Loans are issued based on agreements with suppliers independently selected by the borrower through the “marketplace” system integrated into the platform.
