A webinar was held with the US companies "Accion" and "Mastercard"

On October 27, 2022, at the initiative of American companies "Accion" and "Mastercard" organized a webinar on "Project on digitalization of micro, small and medium enterprises in Uzbekistan".

First Deputy Chairman of the Board of MKBANK - Akmal Khamidov took participation in this webinar.

A global leader in financial inclusion for 60 years, “Accion” has developed and implemented an innovative service that provides access to more than 110 financial service providers (FSPs) in Africa, Latin America and Asia, to entrepreneurs and small enterprises, that had limited access to these services, and has developed unique experience in supporting these institutions (from commercial banks to microfinance institutions (MFIs) and fintech companies) implement large-scale modifications. Our work has impacted the life of tens of millions of micro and small enterprises (MSEs). In 2021, “Accion Global Advisory Solutions” (GLASS) reached 8.5 million individuals and MSEs, providing support and services to institutions worldwide. The “Accion GLASS” team consists of about 50 financial inclusion experts with practical experience and profound technical and management knowledge in building and supporting FSPs, in underserved markets: Africa, Latin America and Asia.
