1) Documents required for purchasing housing:
a) ID card or passport or a document replacing a passport, presented with a copy (for military personnel, when a military ID is presented, a passport copy is also required);
b) Income documents (except for persons without income) (if it is possible to obtain data from electronic databases, these documents are not required);
d) Preliminary purchase and sale agreement for the residential property being acquired;
e) Report of an independent appraisal organization on the value of the mortgage object;
f) Cadastral documents of the residential property being purchased with loan funds;
g) Other relevant documents may be required in accordance with the legislation.
2) Documents required for renovation:
a) ID card or passport or a document replacing a passport (for military personnel, when a military ID is presented, a copy of the ID card or passport is also required);

Mikroqarz mijoz arizasiga ko‘ra BHMning 150 barobarigacha miqdorida, naqd pulda ajratilsa yillik 28 % va plastik kartaga pul o‘tkazish yo‘li bilan yillik 27 % bilan, bir yilgacha bo‘lgan muddatga ajratiladi.

Yuridik shaxslar uchun – BHMning 1000 barobarigacha, 6 oylik imtiyozli davr bilan, 36 oygacha bo‘lgan muddatga, yillik 14 foiz bilan beriladi. Shuningdek, yuridik shaxslar uchun, Hunarmandchilikni rivojlantirish uchun 2017-yil 17-noyabrdagi PF-5242-sonli qaroriga asosan imtiyozli kredit miqdori BHMning 250 barobarigacha;
Yuridik shaxslarga ajratiladigan kredit BHMning 150 barobaridan ortiq bo‘lganda, kredit taʼminoti sifatida mol-mulk garovi taqdim qilinadi.
