About loan
Terms of loan:
Conditions for providing a mortgage loan in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 30, 2024 No. UP-70 “On additional measures to improve the mechanisms for issuing mortgage loans and improving the living conditions of the population in 2024:
- The purpose of the loan is to purchase an apartment in an apartment building on the primary housing market.
- Source of the loan: funds of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Requirement for the borrower: citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 18 to 60 years old.
- Period: 20 years.
- Grace period: 6 months.
- For individuals with official income:
- 17,5% per annum with 15% down payment;
Maximum loan amount:
- In the Republic of Karakalpakstan and regions - up to 330 million UZS;
- In Tashkent city – up to 420 million UZS.
- Type of payment - annuity or differentiated
Documents:
- a) ID-card or passport and a document replacing the passport. A copy of the passport is also required if the client presents a military ID;
- b) documents on income (except for persons without official income)/electronic data;
- d) the original purchase and sale agreement;
- e) document on the transfer of housing for use;
- f) other relevant documents required by law may be required.
