Borrower: Citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In this case, the borrower may or may not have a regular income.
Purpose of the loan: the purchase of an apartment in an apartment building in the primary housing market.
Required documents:

ID card or passport and a document replacing the passport. A copy of the passport is not required even if the customer presents a military ID for military personnel;

In Tashkent:
Annual interest rate: 18% (with minimum down payment of 15%);
Annual interest rate: 17.5% (with minimum down payment of 30%).
Maximum loan amount:
- in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and regions - 327,250,000 soums;
- in the city of Tashkent - 416,500,000 soums.
