Borrower: A loan is issued to an individual with permanent income.
Purpose of the loan: For the purchase of a home to live in (from the secondary market).
Loan term: 5 years, 10 years, 15 years.
Minimum down payment: 25% (from the sale price of the house).
Annual interest rate: 24%, 25%, 26%.
Maximum loan amount: 4000 x basic calculation value (BCV).
*In case of an increase in the volume of problematic loans, certain restrictions may be imposed in specific Banking Service Centers and Banking Service Offices.
