About loan
Borrower: The loan is allocated to individuals with a stable income.
Purpose of the loan: The loan is allocated to pay for the purchase of solar photovoltaic power plants, solar water heaters, wind generators, micro and small hydropower plants with a capacity of up to 1 MW, biogas production equipment, biogas plants, other renewable energy devices, energy storage systems, household energy-saving gas burners and boilers.
The borrower submits the following documents to the bank:
- ID card or passport;
- product's / rendered services' contract of purchase;
- loan security documents.
Loan security:
- guarantees of third parties;
- insurance policy;
- other types of security within the law.
Loan term: up to 60 months.
Annual interest rate:

Via commercial resources - 20% per annum;

Via the resources of the fund - in the amount of the base rate established by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Maximum loan amount:
- Up to 150 times the amount of the basic calculation value (BCV) (on the basis of a guarantee or insurance policy)
- From 150 times the amount of the basic calculation value (BCV) to 500 times the amount of the basic calculation value (on the basis of liquid collateral).

Microloan
The microloan is disbursed in cash or by transferring to a borrower's plastic card in the national currency for a period of 60 months up to 100 million soums.
Provided to individuals with a stable income and participants of the salary project of JSCB "Mikrokreditbank" through the "Mavrid" application.
A citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan included in the anti-poverty program on the recommendation of the Mahalla Ettiliga and in need of improved housing conditions
For citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who has reached 18 years of age and not more than 60 years of age on the day of applying for a mortgage loan.
