About loan
Purpose of the loan: For construction and reconstruction of individual houses. At the same time, loans are provided to individuals for the construction and reconstruction of individual housing on land plots allocated for housing construction in the manner prescribed by law.
Loan term: up to 20 years
Grace period for principal (in the case of differential payment): up to 6 months
Interest rate: 18% per annum
Starting fee: in all regions - 15%
Form of loan repayment: Annuity / differential
Maximum loan amount:
In rural areas: 267,750,000 soums;
In cities: 309,400,000 soums.
"Mortgage loans" are provided for the construction of additional housing in their own individual homes for children from families included in "Temir Daftar" (Iron Book) and "Ayollar Daftari" (Women's Book), as well as newlyweds included in "Yoshlar Daftari" (Youth Book).

- ID card or passport and passport replacement document. A copy of the passport is also required if the client presents a military ID for military personnel;
- Income documents / electronic information;
- Document confirming the right to a plot of land for individual housing construction (permanent use, inherited lifelong possession);
- Design and estimate document for housing construction, approved in the manner prescribed by law;
- Contract with a contractor for construction work / purchase of construction products / with hired workers registered as self-employed (in an amount not exceeding the value specified in the design and estimate documentation);
- other relevant documents specified in the legislation may be required.
- be a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan who has reached 18 years of age and not more than 60 years of age on the day of applying for a mortgage loan;
- the debt burden (taking into account the subsidy to cover part of the interest costs on the mortgage loan) should not exceed 70%;
- absence of overdue indebtedness on previously obtained loans from banks and other credit institutions at the time of loan review;
- have the right of lifelong possession of the land plot for individual housing construction (reconstruction) and design estimates agreed upon in the prescribed manner.
